We will honestly state the status of every search we are working on. Every position we are working on is real and open. We will update you on a position's status and if there are internal candidates. If not a fit, we will let you know why and what key information to take away.

Confidentiality
We maintain the highest level of confidentiality. We will never share your information with a client without your prior knowledge and consent.

Complete Information
We will brief you, to the best of our knowledge, on our client. This will include the competencies and behaviors the client desires, how you stack up against other candidates and who makes the hiring decisions. We will communicate with you to keep you informed during each step of the hiring process.

Process
We will outline how the interviewing and hiring process will be made, who makes it, and when the anticipated decision will be made. We will communicate openly as we move through the process.
