  • Understanding of your company’s culture to ensure selection of the best candidates.
  • Knowledge of top-notch candidates before they become active job seekers.
  • Access to talented individuals who have chosen to seek a new position.
  • Thorough reference checking on all candidates.
  • Timely responses (no more than 24 hours) to your information requests throughout the process.
  • Candidate acceptance within 48 hours of offer.
  • Consultation with candidates regarding resignation of current position and counter-offer potential.

As we partner together to fill your needs, we ask from you:

  • Response to all phone calls within 24 hours.
  • Accessibility to those involved in the hiring process.
  • Well-documented job descriptions.
  • Appropriate salary parameters and options for flexibility.
  • Feedback within 24-48 hours after presentation of resumé.
  • Feedback within 24 hours after interview of candidate.
  • Prompt scheduling of follow-up interview and/or testing of candidate.
  • Discussion of offer and/or offer made within two to three business days.
