News Release: Employment Resource Group boosts local, state economy |

Contact: Mary Harp-Jirschele (ERG) Employment Resource Group APPLETON, WI (Jan. 26, 2007) – The Fox Valley’s economy and that of Wisconsin as a whole has been enhanced by the work of Employment Resource Group Inc. (ERG) over the past year. ERG’s work on executive searches in the Fox Cities in 2006 amounted to $4.7 million in salaries, and on a statewide basis, ERG’s placements totaled $9.2 million in salaries. In total, ERG placed $11.7 million in salaries compared to $9.1 million in 2005. ERG specializes in searches for executive talent in banking and financial services, building products, construction, food, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, professional services (legal, IT, finance) and sales. According to Sharon Hulce, president and CEO, “ERG was founded on the premise that we would help local firms with their growth strategies. Through providing companies with their most valuable asset – their people – we work hard to make an impact on the local economy. We’re proud of this fact and dedicated to continuing our work within Northeastern Wisconsin, specifically, and the State of Wisconsin as well.” Fiscal year 2006 represented ERG’s fourth full year in business. As a result of its success in its early years, the company was presented with the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce’s Small Business “Rising Star” award in 2004, Hulce was presented with the Athena Award in 2005 and with the Woman Manager of the Year Award from Women in Management in 2006. |
