Directors of Recruitment include: Chad Heath, De Pere, former owner of Chad J. Heath Agency in Dayton, Ohio, specializing in insurance and financial services. Caroline Lasecki, Neenah, previously Staffing Manager with OfficeTeam-Robert Half International, Appleton, focusing on sales and marketing. Daniel Arndt, Appleton, formerly with Cross Pen and West Business Services, Appleton, serving the construction industry. In addition, Barbara Weir, Appleton, who has spent the past two years with Kimberly-Clark’s Corporate Relations department, has joined ERG as Executive Administrator. She was previously with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans in Minneapolis and Appleton. ERG’s work on executive searches in the Fox Cities in 2006 amounted to $4.7 million in salaries, and on a statewide basis, ERG’s placements totaled $9.2 million in salaries. In total, ERG placed $11.7 million in salaries compared to $9.1 million in 2005. ERG specializes in searches for executive talent in banking and financial services, building products, construction, food, healthcare, insurance, manufacturing, professional services (legal, IT, finance) and sales. |
