Contact: Mary Harp-Jirschele (ERG) Employment Resource Group Donna Hartman, Appleton, has been named Chief Financial Officer of Employment Resource Group Inc., an executive search firm based in Appleton. Hartman joined the company in 2004 and is a member of the ERG Management Team. She has a degree in managerial accounting and nearly 20 years of experience at such companies as Virchow Krause and Co., LLP and Clifton Gunderson, LLP. ERG specializes in searches for executive talent in the construction, healthcare, manufacturing, banking, insurance and financial services, legal, pharma/nutriceutical and service industries. The firm brought $1.8 million in salaries to the Fox Cities and $3.1 million to the state in 2004.
