ERG continues to grow its staff in Fox Valley
MENASHA – Employment Resource Group Inc. (ERG), an executive recruiting firm based in Menasha, continues to grow its staff. Two new members of the management team have been added, as well as seven new recruiters.
- Donna Hartman, Appleton, has been named Director of Finance. She previously was with Virchow, Krause & Co., LLP.
- Lori Johnson, Readfield, is Executive Administrator of Office Operations. She had been with Thrivent Financial for Lutherans.
- Christi Bacon, Green Bay, formerly with HealthDrive, has joined the Healthcare Team.
- Ragan Cheney, Neenah, is leading the Service and Specialty Industries area. She is an attorney who is licensed in Wisconsin, Pennsylvania and New Jersey and was formerly a litigation associate in a Pennsylvania law firm.
- Rich Hedman, Neenah, has joined the Manufacturing Team. He previously served 20 years in the U.S. Navy.
- Mary Wettstein, Neenah, is leading the Banking Team. She has 10 years of banking experience.
- Jen VerVoort, Appleton, formerly with Banner Packaging; Marsha Mahan, Appleton, formerly with Thrivent Financial; and Joshua Henslin, Neenah, formerly with Suess Electronics, have joined the Insurance Team.
