“The numbers behind Sharon’s success are clearly impressive.  But what the numbers don’t tell you is about Sharon’s passion for this business, for doing it right, for thinking outside the box, for giving back more than she gets.  Sharon is the consummate business person.”

ERG’s Professional Staff

Sharon K. Hulce, CSAM
President and CEO

Sharon’s 15 years of experience and expertise as an executive recruiter have enabled her to develop an uncommon depth of business knowledge in a variety of industries.  Her clients find her capabilities as a business advisor as critical as her executive search expertise. Sharon’s unique approach to developing long-term partnerships with her client companies has proven tremendously successful.  Testimony to that success are awards such as Midwest Billing Manager of the Year in both 2002 and 2003 and National Top 5 Billing Manager in 2002. She has attained $7 million in personal production, which places her among the "best of the best" executive recruiters.

Under Sharon’s leadership, Employment Resource Group was presented with the “2004 Rising Star” small business award from the Fox Cities Chamber of Commerce and Industry. And in October 2005, Sharon received the Athena Award from the Chamber for her contributions to the community.  In 2006, she was presented with the "Woman Manager of the Year" award from Women In Management Inc.

Dale Hulce
Vice President of Research and Development

Dale’s depth of knowledge in the construction and recruiting industries has enabled him to develop and lead the research department at ERG. His research ability has quickly become a value-added service for our cadre of recruiters as they work hard to meet
their clients’ every need and expectation.

“I find it extremely rewarding to do the behind-the-scenes work that enables our recruiters to go above and beyond the norm for our clients,” says Dale. “I enjoy digging for information in unusual places to equip our recruiters with information they wouldn’t normally have at hand. That creates a win-win-win situation for our recruiters, their clients and the candidates as well.”
