Department Leadership

Our Leadership Strategies Division is led by Mary Harp-Jirschele, who brings 30 years of communications experience to the picture. As vice president of a Fortune 500 company, she developed the plan and strategy behind communicating the company’s merger with another financial services powerhouse, resulting in the creation of a $63 billion company. She also has 10 years of experience as a newspaper reporter and knows how to catch the media’s attention. Mary’s experience and expertise are unique to the recruiting industry, and allow us to expand the services we are able to offer our clients.
